In this advanced class, you'll learn new movements and sequences rooted in the traditional Yang-style Tai Chi.

Building on your previous foundation, you’ll progress through the 108-movement long form, which is divided into three distinct sections: Part 1, 2, 3.


Classes start @ 5:30pm-6:30pm
