You’ll learn 10 fundamental movements with step-by-step guidance and plenty of repetition to help your body move with ease and flow. The goal is to build a strong, reliable foundation.

Once you’ve learned the 10 fundamental movements, this class is your next step.



Here, we expand on those foundations, diving deeper into the meaning, technique, and expression behind each movement. You'll explore not just how to move, but why.



Think of it like transforming a simple square into a three-dimensional cube. The lines gain depth, the shape gains substance, and the inside starts to matter.

In this advanced class, you'll learn new movements and sequences rooted in the traditional Yang-style Tai Chi.


Building on your previous foundation, you’ll progress through the 108-movement long form, which is divided into three distinct sections.



The goal is to deepen your understanding of Tai Chi philosophy and theory—enhancing your awareness, refining your practice, and supporting your journey toward spiritual growth.



Think of it like refining a shape: smoothing out every edge and surface of a cube until it transforms into a perfect sphere—fluid, whole, and complete.
