What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that uses spiritually guided life force energy to promote balance and well-being.
During a session, the practitioner may place their hands gently on or just above the body to scan for areas of energetic imbalance.
Reiki helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Reiki healing has been accepting and practicing in our society, as well as Reiki has been increasingly used in medical and institution settings.
